390 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia Users

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the 390 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 390's services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 390 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The 390 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable local laws in their jurisdiction before using this service.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account on the 390 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. 390 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid identification documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 390 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. 3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 390 platform agree not to engage in the following activities:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform without written authorisation;
Attempting to manipulate or cheat the betting system, odds, or game outcomes in any way;
Disrupting the operation of the 390 platform or its hosting servers;
Using another person's account or sharing your account with any third party;
Exploiting technical errors or system bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance or winnings.

4. Payment and Transaction Information

All transactions on the 390 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include DuitNow, Boost, Touch'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local internet banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change.

390 reserves the right to request additional verification for transactions exceeding certain thresholds or deemed unusual. Withdrawal of funds will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise specifically approved by the 390 team.

Transaction processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly, while internet banking may take up to 15 minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to completed identity verification.

Any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by banks or payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

The 390 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 390 makes no warranties regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. 390 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.

All content on the 390 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of 390 or its licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or imitation of such content without written permission from 390 is strictly prohibited.

The 390 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes only. 390 does not control the content of such third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from their use. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

390 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, fraud or attempted fraud, failure to provide identity verification documents, or where 390 determines that the account's use compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases of termination due to user violations, any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

390 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or by registered email. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed resolution processes and, where necessary, through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
